If DRI Backup Buddy doesn't work for you, email abhaysggn@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order email address, and you'll get a full refund. We may ask what went wrong so we can try to fix it first, but you don't have to accept a fix instead of a refund.
How refunds work
Refunds are paid by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, to the payment method you used. They're usually issued within 5–10 business days of approval; how quickly the money shows up depends on your bank or card provider. When a purchase is refunded, its licence key is deactivated and the app stops working on the computers it was activated on.
After 14 days
After 14 days purchases are generally not refundable, except where the law requires it, for example if you were charged twice by mistake or the app was not as described.
Cancellation
A licence is a one-time payment, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you won't be charged again.
